Our focus is to work with your budget and goals to provide you with a customized experience for your event. We specialize in parties of 30 to 200 people. Based on the number of guests, location, and other factors, we generally have three catering options:

Placed & Passed – combinations of creative, hearty hors d’oeuvres both placed and passed. This set-up facilitates the socialization of guests & maximizes the utilization of the spaces that New York City (or any other venue of your choice) offers us while still satiating guests with elegant food.

Family Style Feast – a perfect solution for large or small gatherings where the budget, space, or purpose of the event precludes a seated meal. Knives & Fire provides a bountiful buffet-styled menu stocked with customized combinations of proteins, starches, grains, vegetables, greens, and baked goods that meet the culinary and dietary needs of the guests.

Seated Meal – an option for those looking for a more formal dining experience, including artfully composed dishes and thoughtful service, a seated meal provides a delightful solution for more prescribed gatherings.

We can take the stress out of planning your next event. Our services also include everything from flowers to entertainment, security, table settings, rentals and more. No detail is too small or too large. We execute premier, customized parties that offer food seasoned with care and presented with flare, coupled with service that will make you and your guests feel welcome and relaxed. We also book music (live or DJ), cigar rolling stations, bartenders, and whatever else you may desire at your party.
