Over the past three years both Evan and Christian have been providing a variety of event planning and catering services. They have organized and integrated these efforts, and due to overwhelming popular demand, launched Knives & Fire to serve the needs of those niches. The underlying philosophy of Knives & Fire is that through attentive client communication and customized products and services, they provide a unique & rewarding experience for each and every client.

Knives & Fire operates primarily out New York City and Montauk, Long Island & provides catering & event planning services for New York City, Long Island, Fairfield County, New Jersey and other areas.
